Benefits Of Goal SettingMoving toward your goals through benefits, rewards, and motivationIf the goal was created out of "true need" then achieving the goal may provide peace and a feeling of safety. For example, if your goal is to exercise daily because your doctor told you that you need to or else you will probably experience cardiac arrest. The benefits will most likely not be public recognition, but the attainment of the goal itself probably more important than getting a trophy for your efforts. (Or at least in my opinion) However, if your goal is to run a marathon, reaching your goal will be very public and most likely celebrated by all of you friends and family at the end of the race. Keeping in mind that there are many type of goals, here are some generic benefits goal setting, reaching your goals, and reaching your objectives.
